I write software with agents for a living. This is where the rest of it lives: the experiments, the half-finished tools, the things I built on a weekend to find out whether they'd work. Nothing here is a product and nothing is for sale.
The short version: I spent a long time in a business where margins are thin and mistakes are physical. Most of what made that work, meaning tight feedback loops, ruthless prioritisation and automating the boring middle, turns out to be what makes software work too. I do that for a living now.
This site isn’t about the job. It’s where the evenings and weekends go: agent experiments, small tools, and write-ups of things that surprised me. If something here is useful to you, take it.
